What "free" actually means
We would rather be specific than generous-sounding. Right now the product costs nothing to use and every feature is switched on. We are not holding features back behind a plan selector that does not exist yet.
Two honest limits worth knowing before you build something important:
- Payment questions are simulated. The payment field runs against a mock provider so you can design and test a checkout-style flow. It does not move money and must not be used to take real payments.
- No uptime guarantee during early access. We run on AWS and take backups seriously, but we are not offering an SLA yet. Export anything you cannot afford to lose — CSV and Excel export are built in.
Questions
Do I need a credit card?
No. Registration asks for an email, a name and a password. Nothing else.
Is there a response limit?
No cap on your account. You can optionally set your own per-form limit — useful for capped events or first-come-first-served signups.
Who owns the data?
You do. We claim no ownership of your forms or responses, we do not use them for advertising, and we do not train models on them. See the Privacy Policy.
Can I export and leave?
Yes, at any time, as CSV or Excel — no support ticket needed.
What happens when paid plans arrive?
Existing accounts get email notice before any charge applies, and a free tier will remain. We will not silently start billing an account.
Does the AI cost extra?
No. Building and editing forms by chatting is included.
