Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of FormFlow. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Who you are contracting with
FormFlow is provided by C2M Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). You can reach us through our contact form.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
3. The service, and its current stage
Early access. FormFlow is offered free of charge while in early access. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may introduce paid plans in future — if we do, we will give existing accounts notice by email before any charge applies. Nothing here obliges you to pay anything today.
Payment questions are simulated. The payment field type runs against a mock provider for demonstration and testing. It does not move money, does not connect to any payment processor, and must not be used to take real payments from anyone.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the forms you build and the responses you collect. We claim no ownership. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, process and display that content so the service can work — and nothing more. We do not use it for advertising or to train machine-learning models.
You are responsible for what you collect. If you gather personal data from other people, you are the data controller for it: you must have a lawful basis, tell respondents what you are doing, and honour their requests. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use FormFlow to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights;
- run phishing, impersonate a person or organization, or collect credentials or payment-card details under false pretences;
- send unsolicited bulk messages, or distribute malware;
- collect sensitive data — health, financial, biometric or government identifiers — without the legal basis and safeguards required for it;
- probe, overload or interfere with the service or its infrastructure, or evade rate limits and quotas.
We may suspend or remove accounts and forms that breach this section. Where practical we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right.
6. The AI assistant
The assistant generates form structures from your instructions. Output is generated automatically and may be wrong or incomplete — review what it produces before publishing. You are responsible for the forms you publish, however they were drafted.
7. Availability
We aim to keep FormFlow available and to look after your data, but during early access we offer no uptime guarantee or service-level commitment. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; you can export responses to CSV or Excel at any time.
8. Ending it
You can stop using FormFlow and delete your forms at any time; ask us through the contact form to close your account entirely. We may terminate or suspend access for a breach of these terms, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give reasonable notice and a window to export your data.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability arising out of or relating to the service or these terms. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive and consequential damages, and any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, whether the claim is made in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised such loss was possible. The service is supplied free of charge and you use it at your own risk.
Keep your own copies. We are not liable for loss or corruption of forms or responses. Export to CSV or Excel is built in and available at any time; use it for anything you cannot afford to lose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will update the date above and notify account holders by email. Continuing to use FormFlow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
